First of all, we run a tight ship. Our main business, SupplyLink, has been in operation since 1994. They operate via a network of webmasters and hosting resellers utilising their networks of servers strategically located in Australia (Canberra & Melbourne) and overseas in the USA. 

Because we have a base operation and choose our promotions carefully we ensure every advertising dollar pays for itself. We streamline our systems and billing processes. We don't have any frills (like the fancy offices of some of the now bankrupt dot-coms). We also don't waste money on unnecessary things like toll-free telephone numbers -- we use email. Because we live in the Beenleigh District we don't operate through resellers in this area and can provide exclusive wholesale rates direct to clients in the District. We want to see Beenleigh District businesses use the Internet successfully and Grow.

Second, we're straight shooters. There are no tricks in what we do, just the good, old-fashioned, reliable business principle = Income greater than Expenses. 

Sometimes we're asked if we use our competitive advantage to attract customers with lower rates and then increase the renewal prices. Anybody that expects us to do that will be very disappointed. We believe in the old, tested principle of, "KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid.), keep customers happy and they will stay with you. Upset one and you will loose many.

What's the end result of all this? Well, we're happy that we're a small and profitable company that expects to be in business for many, many more years to come. All this, of course, is due to customers like you!
