Plan fee is charged month in advance and extra hours
used are charged in arrears.

Excess hours are charged at $1.65
per hour.

Dial-up
connections are terminated if no internet activity
is detected over a 20 minute period - you may
reconnect immediately. (This protects users from
incurring costs when a connection has been
'accidentally' maintained and also frees up the
modem pool for users who actually require the
connection.)

4 hour
maximum session period applies to all accounts other
than permanent connections.

SupplyLink
International accepts Credit Card payments only
using our Account Form. (Other payments
types are available to business on request)

SupplyLink
is happy to provide instruction to those who wish to
"self-configure" their system and in these
cases the set-up fee is not applicable.

The user
must notify SupplyLink of intention to
terminate subscription at least 14 days prior to the end of any
calendar month and such termination will be effected
at the end of that month.

Tax
Invoices of usage are provided monthly and usage
statistics are available on-line.

All
subscribers receive 20 meg of email/personal web
space and one email box. (Allocate this space as you
wish ie: Upload a 5 Mb personal web site and the
remaining 15 Mb is automatically allocated for
email.)

space may be used for "personal web sites"

Dial-up Subscribers may purchase Web Hosting plans
at discounted rates and from time to time
Subscribers may benefit from "special" or
"promotional" discount rates. These
rates are only applicable whilst maintaining a
dial-up access subscription and will revert to the
standard price if dial-up access subscription is
